Amrut Pushp is a herbal Ayurvedic decoction made from various herbs that helps to expel unwanted toxins from the body via urination. The Amrut Pushp was invented by Late Shree Dineshbhai Vitthalani, who was the advocate by profession but his passion about the Ayurveda, with 34 years of research he made the Sanjivani called Amrut Pushp, which he later successfully experimented in locals of Dwarka and surrounding areas in Gujarat and people who were infected by various diseases where successfully recovered without getting any allopathy treatment and with few diet recommended by him.

According to Shree Dinesh Bhai Vitthalani, Amrut Pushp is made according to the verse of Shree Indra Bhagwan, Kapil Muni and Ravana’s ark science.

How Amrut Pushp is Made? Ingredients

To be most effective, the Amrut Pushp must be made with the Rainwater from Magha nakshatra. Rainwater of Magha Nakshatra is said to be Gold in Ayurveda, so the Amrut Pushp made from this rainwater is found to be the most effective.

Luni bhaji is the second ingredient used in making Amrut Pushp. Luni bhaji has multiple health benefits and it is rich of nutritions. This bhaji is mainly found in Saurashtra area of Gujarat.

Apart from the above two ingredients here are the herbs which are used in making Amrut Pushp: Almonds, Watermelon seeds, Kath (uplet), Manjistha, Giloy, Ghodavaj, Lodhra, and Bael fruit.

All these are taken and mixed together to make a Kadha (decoction) and then cold decoction must be stored in the refrigerator. If the Amrut Pushp is kept out of the refrigerator for more than half an hour it should not be consumed.

How Amrut Pushp Works in the Body?

First the 25-30 ml of Amrut Pushp is mixed with 70-75 Ml of honey and kept in the refrigerator. When the Amrut Pushp is taken within a few days it starts working on the body (Allow at least 25 days to work the Amrut Pushp in your body) . When Amrut Pushp is consumed, it reaches to the min channel of the body and expels the toxins and also balances vitiated doshas, resulting in disease free body.

What is the use of Amrut Pushp?

Amrut Pushp can be consumed by the healthy person and person with disease/s. If a healthy person consumes Amrut Pushp, the chances of getting infected by diseases lowers, and if the person with diseases consumes Amrut Pushp will start improving in health condition.

How to Take Amrut Pushp?

Amrut Pushp is taken along with Pure Honey as an Anupan. It should be consumed just before the night’s sleep. Dosage is min 1 ml to max 3 ml. It should be consumed only if it is cold. The bottle which is out of the refrigerator for more than half an hour should not be considered for consumption. After consuming, it is advised to drink a glass of water.

There are few apathya (things to avoid) you should follow during the period of taking Amrut Pushp:

• Dairy products (products made from milk like ghee, tea, sweets, curd, buttermilk and anything made of milk)
• Fermented food (Idli, Khaman, Dhokla, bread etc)
• Sour fruits and Food (Anything that is sour like Grapes, Mangoes, Apples, Lemon, tomatoes etc should be avoided)

Note: When you are suffering from fever, cough and cold, Amrut Pushp should not be consumed.
