Take 40 gms of black sesame seeds and chew it very hard first in the morning empty stomach. After eating the sesame seeds, drink a glass of cold water. You should eat your breakfast 3 hours after having sesame seeds.
100 gms of black sesame seeds have 1450 mg of calcium, whereas the same amount of milk has only 210 mg of calcium. So it’s better to have sesame seeds for calcium instead of milk.
People who can’t digest raw milk, sesame seeds are their source of calcium. Following this routine for few days or few months, you will notice:
